Your Responsibilities

Ensuring stable operation and high availability of the IT infrastructure
Assisting with the planning and implementation of network and infrastructure projects
Providing second-level support, troubleshooting, and error analysis
Collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to customer needs
Maintaining and further developing network and security technologies, particularly WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, routing, switching , and cybersecurity
Independently applying technical expertise and continuously developing professional skills in line with individual interests and experience

Your Profile

Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical college, university of applied sciences , or university)
Several years of professional experience in network technology, ideally with a focus on IT security and performance
Technical expertise and an understanding of operational and business contexts
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a meticulous and independent work style
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Class B driver’s license and willingness to work occasionally in the Upper Austria region

The minimum salary for this position under the collective bargaining agreement is 3,267.00 euros gross per month for a 38.5-hour workweek.

Of course, your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience!
