Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• 3rd level support of the SAP systems of AVL in the area of finance modules (FI/CO)
• Processing incoming SAP tickets
• Processing SAP Change Requests in the area of finance modules (FI/CO)
• Recording requirements for SAP Change Requests (CRs) together with the AVL business departments
• Developing solution concepts for the recorded requirements for SAP CRs
• Technical implementation of the developed solutions for SAP CRs using customizing and/or ABAP programming
• Supporting the departments in testing the created CRs and documenting the created solution

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

• University degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
• Strong SAP customizing knowledge in Finance, Controlling and Project System Module Functions
• Basic ABAP Knowledge (experience in Debugging, User Exit programming, Report programming)
• Long year experience as SAP FI/CO/PS consultant (either inhouse or external)
• Experience in supporting and consulting SAP Finance processes in a multinational environment and international SAP Roll Out experience
• Experience as an SAP consultant in Plant Engineering Industry or Automotive Industry
• Strong knowledge in Accounting and Controlling including experience in IFRS and ability to implement results analysis in SAP for IFRS and local GAAPs
• You have solid and broad IT technology knowledge and understanding
• A high level of customer and service orientation is a matter of course for you
• You communicate competently
• You have quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• You have very good English language skills (German language skills are a plus)
• You enjoy challenges and learning new technologies!
