What are my responsibilities?

You want to be part of our Industrial Digitalization core team? You want to be challenged by technical complex topics and are furthermore interested in Software development?

Then come and join our team at Electrics and Automation (EA ID SE) and take on the following responsibilities:

• Become part of the team that develops advanced sensor and automation solutions for the metallurgical process
• For your product you are responsible for the whole life cycle from hardware selection through software development to commissioning at customer sites
• As this digital product combines various disciplines, you need to work in close cooperation with our experts in other departments e.g., engineering, data analytics, sales, etc.
• As a further personal development step, you can focus on new developments for our technical portfolio

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Finished technical education (FH/TU) in mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, automation, or comparable qualification
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and intermediate level in C++ programming
• Preferably experience in sensor technologies, signal processing, and 2D/3D image processing
• Fluent German and English in spoken and written
• Willingness to travel (10%)

What else do I need to know?

The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 53.241,02 (F/00) bzw. EUR 62.243,30 (G/00).
