Your tasks

• Identify AI opportunities and develop practical business solutions that improve everyday work.
• Collaborate directly with IT and business teams to transform ideas into impactful AI use cases.
• Act as AI Transformation Ambassador and coach colleagues on AI related topics within the business unit.
• Facilitate workshops to demonstrate AI opportunities, gather business requirements and rethink existing workflows.
• Create AI applications using Generative AI, Agentic, Machine Learning and digital automation technologies.
• Support the adoption of AI capabilities from enterprise platforms and digital products.
• Monitor, validate and continuously improve AI solutions based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and digital experts in agile product teams to scale AI services.
• Contribute to AI communities by sharing best practices, practical examples, latest technology developments and new ideas.
• Promote responsible AI practices with a focus on security, compliance and ethical use.

Your profile

• You are pursuing or have just graduated with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Professional experience in AI, data analytics, software development or digital technologies is an advantage.
• First practical experience with Generative AI, Agentic solutions, machine learning, automation tools or data analytics.
• Knowledge of Python, cloud platforms, enterprise software such as SAP, ServiceNow or Salesforce, or latest AI technologies and platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity to explore emerging technologies and work with various stakeholders.
• Fluent English skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

As a Professional AI Transformation Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic solutions, intelligent automation, machine learning and enterprise-scale AI solutions while working on real business challenges.

Benefits

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 57,535. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
