Your tasks
- Identify, shape, and deliver high-impact AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics use cases to generate measurable business value.
- Translate business requirements into AI, ML, and agentic solution concepts, product designs, and implementation backlogs aligned with Data & AI strategy.
- Facilitate cross-functional AI and analytics ideation, enablement, and design workshops while supporting change management and user adoption.
- Guide, coach, and advise senior business stakeholders, leadership teams, data product owners, and IT colleagues on the effective use of AI and ML capabilities.
- Manage and prioritize the AI/ML portfolio based on business value, risk, scalability, feasibility, and strategic fit, and monitor outcomes.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of AI enablement initiatives supporting business strategy.
- Drive the integration of AI, ML, GenAI, and data capabilities into enterprise platforms and data products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Promote responsible AI practices and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, GDPR, data protection, and HSSE requirements.
- Collaborate with architecture, data platform, product, and security teams to ensure adherence to governance, data quality, access control, and architectural standards.
- Manage external partners, vendors, and academic collaborators while supporting capability building, community development, and the adoption of AI-driven decision-making across the organization.
Your profile
- Master's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience in data, analytics, Machine Learning, AI, or digital transformation environments, including extensive experience with Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning in enterprise settings.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating AI, ML, and advanced analytics solutions in production environments, ideally leveraging cloud-based AI platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AI technology ecosystems, data governance, data architecture, AI/ML lifecycles, GenAI and agentic capabilities, as well as platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, UiPath, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments, including Scrum/Kanban, backlog management, AI use case prioritization, ROI realization, responsible AI practices, AI safety, and GDPR/data protection compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions, lead cross-functional collaboration, build consensus in complex international environments, and communicate advanced AI concepts to non-technical audiences; fluent English required, German and/or Romanian advantageous.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 114.828,-- all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
