This position is aimed at Master’s graduates eager to pursue a PhD with full financial and academic support while gaining applied research experience.

Your Impact & Tasks

• Innovate: Research and develop cutting-edge quantum computing technologies tailored for industrial applications.
• Build: Design and implement methods, algorithms, and tools for quantum modeling and simulation.
• Connect: Collaborate closely with leading industrial partners and international scientific consortia.
• Share: Publish findings and present work at international conferences and scientific meetings.

What You Bring to the Team

Excellent researchers come from diverse backgrounds and career paths. Candidates who meet the core requirements and are excited about the field are encouraged to apply.

• Mindset: You enjoy team brainstorming as much as deep, focused independent research.
• Education: A master’s degree in computer science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of Quantum Computing and/or Quantum Information Science.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken; German is a welcome bonus but not required.
