Working Student (m/f/d) in Project Management and Process Improvement

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management activities and support change management initiatives.

• Contribute to the conception, execution, and documentation of process improvements.

• Gain hands-on experience with Scrum and agile development methodologies.

• Analyze data and key metrics to create documentation and dashboards for project transparency.

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and help facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication.

• Support onboarding of new team members into Scrum processes for smooth integration.

• Perform product analysis to evaluate current features, identify gaps, and propose improvements.

• Track deadlines and tasks, and provide functional support within systems such as PartS/EWM.

• Prepare and follow up on steering committees/boards, including related documentation.

• Assist in developing concepts for project organization and implementing optimizations.

• Support technical tasks such as Azure DevOps operations, Logic App and Power Automate flow creation.

• Collaborate on initiatives involving webshop and ERP systems; SAP and MS Dynamics 365 F&O knowledge is a plus.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management principles.

• Technical knowledge with familiarity in Azure technologies; experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.

• Knowledge of Logic Apps, Power Automate, and ERP systems; SAP, Salesforce and MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different areas of the company.

• Open to learning new tools and technologies and adapting to dynamic project requirements.

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
