Ein global führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Sports Technology sucht einen Senior ServiceNow Application Engineer für sein internationales Engineering-Team in Wien. In dieser Rolle wird die Entwicklung, Optimierung und Erweiterung der ServiceNow-Plattform vorangetrieben, inklusive Automatisierung, Self-Service-Initiativen und enterpriseweiter Digital-Transformation-Projekte.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and related applications.
  • Act as the internal ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert and provide technical guidance across the organization.
  • Design and implement workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Support platform governance, documentation, and best practices across the ServiceNow environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical development within the team.
  • Participate in operational support and ensure service availability according to established SLAs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs as well as enterprise application integrations.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
