Ein global führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Sports Technology sucht einen Senior ServiceNow Application Engineer für sein internationales Engineering-Team in Wien. In dieser Rolle wird die Entwicklung, Optimierung und Erweiterung der ServiceNow-Plattform vorangetrieben, inklusive Automatisierung, Self-Service-Initiativen und enterpriseweiter Digital-Transformation-Projekte.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and related applications.
- Act as the internal ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert and provide technical guidance across the organization.
- Design and implement workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Support platform governance, documentation, and best practices across the ServiceNow environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical development within the team.
- Participate in operational support and ensure service availability according to established SLAs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs as well as enterprise application integrations.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and ServiceNow development best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
