Your Mission

Help shape the core user experience of Bitpanda’s broker platform by building intuitive, reliable, and high-quality features for our native iOS app. This role focuses on experiences that support users throughout their journey; from getting started and managing their account to exploring products, completing transactions, and engaging with the platform safely and seamlessly.

As part of the Broker product organisation, the team contributes to systems and experiences that are central to how users interact with Bitpanda at scale. Working closely with product, design, engineering, and operational teams, this role helps turn complex business and regulatory requirements into simple, elegant mobile experiences that build trust and drive engagement.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-impact iOS features in collaboration with product, design, backend, and operational teams.
• Build and evolve complex mobile product flows with a strong focus on usability, reliability, and performance.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the iOS application, improving scalability, maintainability, and development efficiency.
• Integrate APIs, backend-driven experiences, and third-party services in a robust and resilient way.
• Own features end-to-end, including implementation, testing, rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Who you are

• Strong proficiency in Swift and experience building production-grade iOS applications using SwiftUI.
• Solid understanding of modern iOS architecture patterns, mobile application lifecycle, and performance optimisation.
• Experience working with complex product flows, backend integrations, and scalable mobile systems.
• Ability to build reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code with high attention to detail and user experience quality.
• Collaborative engineering mindset with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and comfort working in cross-functional environments.
