Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Pega solutions.
Define scalable and reusable application structures and components.
Optimize performance, maintain security settings, and ensure guardrail compliance.
Mentor junior team members and guide best practices.
Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup, deployment preparation, and technical quality assurance.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2800,- gross per month for this full time position.
