What you build:As a Product Manager within SAP Global Customer Support, you drive the strategy, development, and adoption of AI-powered solutions that shape the support experience for customers, partners, and support engineers. You turn business and user needs into a clear product vision, actionable requirements, and innovative solution designs, partnering with engineering, UX, data science, and support teams to deliver measurable impact. You define and drive outcome-focused roadmaps aligned with customer support goals, balancing customer value, business priorities, and data-driven insights. By tracking success metrics, analysing product usage and customer feedback, and leveraging AI across the product lifecycle -from ideation and prototyping to prioritisation and documentation - you accelerate delivery, maximise adoption, and continuously improve product outcomes.
What you bring:• Proven experience in software product management; experience with AI-powered products or AI technologies is a strong advantage.• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution, with the ability to drive initiatives to successful outcomes.• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English.• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.• Strong project management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.• General understanding of product support processes and customer support operations is an advantage.
