Your Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily and periodic activities and monitoring of stock replenishment of regional warehouses (FSLs) across the global INNIO network of warehouses, to ensure smooth execution and correct parts availability

  • Contributing to projects to improve internal sales orders´ E2E traceability

  • Contributing to strategy definition and implementation of replenishment best practices, to reduce transportation costs

  • Performing analytical tasks, automation and process improvements, to streamline and improve transparency of the warehouse replenishment process

  • Performing the execution of the re-distribution of excess stock across the global network, in alignment with local warehouses and relevant stakeholders

 

Your Profile:

  • University bachelor’s degree or similar level of qualification

  • Internal/external professional experience in Supply Chain or Logistics area could be an alternative to university degree

  • 2-years Planning/Logistics experience in complex, process driven companies

  • Analytical skills, process-mindset and customer orientation

  • Proactive problem-solving, decision making, innovative thinking, communication skills and team working

  • MS-Office power user, knowledge and regular use of programming languages (R and/or Python) is an advantage
